Voted & passed - Resolved by the legal voters of the town of DeKalb that the owners of or possessors of any horse or horses any mares or colts or any head of meat cattle of any and all kinds shall keep them yarded or stabled each and every night from the going down of the sun till sunrise in the morning from the 10 days of April 1960 to the first day of November 1960 including and for the same time for each and every year hereafter.

Past - Resolved by said legal voters that if any person or persons shall violate the above possession shall upon conviction by fixed not exceeding five dollars for each and every offence and cost of prosecution
