Estray

Taken up an estray at my residence in the town of DeKalb Ills on the 20th day of October A.D. 1864 one roan mare about twelve years old which I intend to have apprised according to statute in such cases made and provided.

Notice

I hereby given that on the 13th day of November 1864 I took up the following meat cattle the same having broken into by enclosure, two shite cows one red around the neck, two red cows white stripe across the shoulders and hip, one red cow white stripes down the tail, four red cows two of them star in the forehead, two red two year old heifers and nine yearlings which I intend to have appraised according to statute in such cases made and provided.
