At an election held at the DeKalb Exchange in the town of DeKalb in the county of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four, the following votes were given viz

John Dougherty received two hundred and thirty seven votes for Presidential Elector at Large

Francis A. Hoffman received two hundred and thirty seven votes for Presidential Elector at Large

Benjamin M. Prentiss received two hundred and thirty seven votes for Presidential Elector at Large

Chancy L. Higbee received one hundred and thirty three votes for Presidential Elector at Large

Amos Voss received one hundred the thirty three votes for Presidential Elector at Large

Nathan S. Davis received one hundred and thirty three votes for Presidential Elector at Large

John O. Farwell received two hundred and thirty seven votes for District Presidential Elector

Anson S. Miller received two hundred and thirty seven votes for District Presidential Elector

John V. Eustace received two hundred and thirty seven votes for District Presidential Elector

James S. Poage received two hundred and thirty seven votes for District Presidential Elector

John I. Bennett received two hundred and thirty seven votes for District Presidential Elector
