Voted that Basil Ruby serve as Overseer in Road disct No. 8

Voted that A. S. Jordan serve as Overseer in Road disct No. 9

Voted that Henry Shaw serve as Overseer in Road disct No. 10

Voted that the law in relation to hogs, sheep, and calves remain as it was last year.

Voted that the damage done by any hogs, sheep, or calves shall be paid by the owners of the same

Voted that the next town meeting be held at the house of Russel Huntley

Motioned and seconded that bores, bulles, bucks, and stallions shall not be allowed to run at large carried

Motioned and secd that a tax be raised of seventy five dollars to apply on the bridge on the Phelps road where it crosses the Kishwaukie [Kishwaukee] creek carried.

Motioned and secd that a tax be raised of twenty five dollars to be applied on the bridge crossing the creek in disct No 1 carried.

Motioned and secd that there be a tax raised of fifty dollars to be paid to the commissioners for the supplies of bridges where most needed carried.
