Road District No 4 bounded as follows commencing at the corner at F. Loves thence northerly to Chicago Gran Detour state road.

Road District No 5 bounded as follows commencing at the corners of roads near Wm. R. Thompson thence southerly via F. Loves to the town lie near Thomas Hopkins also commencing at the corner near Wm. R. Thompsons thence east to the town line also commencing at the slough bridge between F. Loves and Tho. Hopkins thence east to the town line also commencing at the corners near F. Loves running westerly to the centre of Kishwaukie [Kishwaukee] creek.

W. corner of sect. 3 & 4 township forty range four thence south on survey line to where it intersects the Phelps road near Joseph Gliddens also commencing at the north E corner school sect thence west to the town line.
