A special meeting of the Board of Auditors for the Township of South Grove held at the office of the Town Clerk.

There was present G. M. Tindall Supervisor, Geo. W. Barnes, Justice of the Peace and W. G. McKenzie Town clerk.

Where as [sic] on account of the death of Frank Worden the office of Assessor is vacant.

Motion made and seconed [sic] that ballot be taken to approach a successor to fill unexpired term.

Result of ballot Wm [sic] R. Adee declared appointed and that he be notified of his appointment by mail [sic]
