At the Annual Town Meeting held at Casler’s Hall in the Town of South Grove County of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the Seventh day of April A. D. 1885:

E. L. Becker after being duly sworn entered upon the duties of Moderator the Polls were then declared open.

At 2:15 O’clock the Miscellaneous business of the day were [sic] taken up.

Town Clerks’ [sic] and Commissioner’s Report read by Clerk.

Motion That the Dog Tax in hands of Supervisor amounting to $88.20 be used by the Commissioners to purchase a Road Grader for the use of the Town. Carried
