At the annual Town Meeting held at Casler’s Hall in said town of South Grove on the Sixth day of April AD 1886 E. L Becker was chosen moderator to preside at said meeting after being duly sworn entered upon the duties of his office by declaring the polls of said meeting open.

At 2 o’clock the polls were closed and the Miscellaneous business taken up.

Motion That balance [balance] of Dog Tax in hands of Supervisor amounting to Twenty 38/100 dollars $20.38 be used for Town purposes Carried

Motion That the sum of one hundred eighty Dollars $80.00 be raised for town purposes Carried
