Motion that we reconsider the vote on the amendment Car- [carried]

The original Motion was then put and Lost

Motion that the land road tax be increased to forty cents on the one hundred dollars. Carried

Motion that Seventy dollars be raised to defray the current expenses of the coming year Carried

Motion that the next town meeting be held in the School House in Dist No 2. Carried

Motion that we amend our By Laws. Lost

Motion That all cattle be herded nights Carried

Motion that horses and mules be added to the above. Car. [carried]

Motion that a fine of fifty cents be added as a penalty for every violation of the above Cattle laws. Lost

At 4 o clock [o’clock] the balloting was again resumed and continued without intermission until Sunsetwhen the polls were closed [.] Upon canvassing the votes. _ the following result was announced by the Clerk [.]

For Supervisor

John S Brown received fifty five votes 55

David Patten received fifty four votes 54

For Town Clerk

S. S. Adee recd one hundred and nine votes 109

For Assessor

W. T. Adee recd on hundred & seven votes 107
