Division of Road Districts A. D. 1860

District No. 1 Takes one mile and a half of the North town line road commencing at the North east corner of town and running west to the qt sec. line of sec. two and also a road commencing at the North west corner of sec. One and running southwardly to State road on sec. Thirteen a list of person and lands belonging to said district Thomas McCarty [,] Stephen Rowen land Greenho [Greenhow] land Wm T Kirk land Charles and Joseph Rogers and their land [.]

District No. 2 Composses [comprises] of a road commencing at the north west corner of the east half of the north east qt of sec. two and running southwardly to State road on sec. fourteen.  A list of persons and lands belonging to said district Andrew McClellan, Stephen McClellan, Edward S. Thompson, Jesse Tindall, Matthew Thompson, Decator Driscoll [Driskell].

District No. 3 Comprises a road commenceing [commencing] at the sec. lines between three and four on town line running south said line to state road on the south line of sec. tenlist of lands and persons belonging to said District Henry Crill land George Brown John S, Brown

District No. 4 Commencing on Town line at the center of Sec. five running east one mile and a half and a road commencing a qt sec. corner of sec. four on town line running south through sections four and nine to State road on sec. nine a list of persons belonging to said District [?] Thomas Phineas Crandle James Trumbull

District No. 5 Commencing at qt sec. corner of sec six on town line running south on said line to State road on sec. seven a list of persons and lands belonging to said district Sylvester and Oscar Patten Rufus Ecker Elijah Wiltsie, Thomas Laskoring
