Commencing at the South east corner of the South west qt of sec (16) running west to the town line list of persons Peter Rickard Mowers Miller place

District No 12

Commencing at the qt section stake on the south side of sec. (17) running south to the south town line and an east and west road commencing at the centre [center] of sec. (28) running west to the west town line list of persons and land Charles Tolbot [Talbot?] John and Wm McKenzie and others

District No 13

Commencing at the state road on sec. (7) on half sec. line running South to the South town line List of persons lands Thomas Vanhorn Meyers place Willson Philander Waterman Jacob Rickard and others

We the Commissioners of Highways of the Town of South Grove for the year commencing on the 3rd day of April 1860, having assembled for miscellaneous business at the Office of the Town Clerk of said town on the 26th day of March 1861 decree it essential that the decision of certain Road districts above recorded should be altered and that the lands belonging to the following persons Mr. Elijah Wiltsie Howard Vanhorn, and [left blank] Myers should be taken out of district 13 and added to district No 5, and now determine that the same shall be altered and reconsidered such become part and parcel of District No 5.
