The situation of the Post Office was considered and objections raised to its present location being situated in one extreme corner of the Town: a motion was then made and seconded that Post Master be balloted for which resulted as follows

Wm. M Byers received sixty eight votes

Jonathan Adee received one vote

Two Estray Horned Cattle, One deep Red Two years old has a little white in the brush of his tail or Stear. One Red and white springer Calf at Mr. Jacob Rickards. The owner is requested to prove the property, pay the charges and take them away.

Estrays

Taken up by the subscriber one chestnut horse colt three years old with a few white hairs on the forehead no other marks or brands perceivable.
