Meeting of the Commissioners of Highway held at the office of the Town Clerk.

There was present Orton L Bell supervisor;

Motion Made by McKenzie and seconed [sic] by Coffy [Coffey] that Rich act as President of the board for the ensuing year.  Motion carried.

Bill [sic] were audited and orders drawn as per record on file

Motion made and carried that regular meetting [sic] be held the last Monday of each month.  Motion carried

Motion Made and seconed [sic] that Meeting adjourn.  Motion carried
