Auditors Meeting.

Esmond, Ill, Mar 28, 1916

Auditors meeting held at the office of the Town Clerk.  Meeting Called to order by Orton L. Bell.

Motion made by R. H. McKenzie that meeting adjourn to room at Esmond State Bank.  Motion seconed [sic] by Geo Coffey.  Notion [sic] carried.

Town bills were audited and orders issued as per record on file

The accounts of the Supervisor were examined and approved by the Justice of the Peace and Town Clerk.

The financial statement of the Township funds and the Road & Bridge funds were left with the Town Clerk
