The Commissioners of Highways order that three notices as follows be posted in the vicinity of road petitioned to be vacated:
Highway Notice
A petition having been presented to the Commissiones [sic] of Highway of the Town of South Grove in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois to vacate a certain road described as follows: Commencing on the east line of Section Thirty six (36) in said Township at a point one Hundred sixty (160) North from the South East corner of said section thirty six (36) and thence west through the corner of Section 36 and through the center of the East Half ½ of Section Thirty-five (35) to to [sic] the middle of said Section 35 all in Township forty-one (41) North Range three (3) East of the 3rd P. M DeKalb County, Illinois the center line of said road to be a distance of one Hundred sixty (160) rods north from the South line of said Sections Thirty-five (35) and Thirty six (36) in said Township as per plat and survey of said road made by Walter M Hay, surveyor, on file in the Town Clerk’s Office of said Township of South Grove, that said commissioners do hereby give notice that they have fixed upon Saturday the 16th day of September A. D. 1916 at the hour of one O’clock P. M. of said day at the West end of said road in said Township, as the time and place they will meet to hear reasons for and against the vacation of said road and to examine the route of such road as proposed in said petition when and where all persons interested can be heard.
