At a meeting of the Commissioners of Highways of the Township of South Grove held on the fourteenth day of October 1916 as per notices posted.

There being present R. H. McKenzie Geo Coffey and Gust Gustafson Commissioners of Highway and W. G. McKenzie Town Clerk

After reviewing the proposed road to be laid out and the proposed road to be vacated and hearing reasons for and against and assertaing [sic] [ascertaining] damages it was decided to grant the prayer of the petition as presented
