Joint Meeting of Commissions (sic) of Highways of the townships of South Grove and Malta held the second day of December 1916.

There being present R. H. McKenzie, Geo. Coffey and Gust Gustafson of South Grove and John Lethirby, A. P. Maley and A. J. Peterson of Malta.

The purpose of this meeting being to divide the road between the townships of South Grove and Malta.

After due consideration it was decided to divide the road as follows:

Beginning at the center of Section thirty three (33) in South Grove on the line between South Grove and Malta.

South Grove to maintain one and one eight (sic) mile west and Malta the balance to the West line of the township, a distance of One and one eight (sic) miles.

Witness our hands this 2nd day of December 1916.
