Annual Fall Auditing Meeting, Sept. 4, 1928

 

The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor, W. G. McKenzie at the Esmond State Bank.

Those present were, W. G. McKenzie, Supervisor.  Frank Barnes, Town Clerk.  Fred Goelitz, Comm. of Highways.  George Quinn, Assessor.  M. Casey, Thistle Comm.  All bills presented were ordered paid.

 

The Highway Commissioner, Fred Goelitz, certified that the Tax rate for road and bridge purposes shall be 25 cts. (Twenty-five cents) upon each One hundred Dollars valuation as assessed + equalized for the year A. D. 1928.  He further certified that the amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation for the purpose of construction, maintenance  and repair of roads and bridges for the year S. D. 1928 is Five Thousand Dollars for the following purposes:

Annual Spring Auditing Meeting, Mar. 26, 1929

 

The Meeting was called to order by the Supervisor W. G. McKenzie at the Esmond State Bank.

Present were W.G. McKenzie, Supervisor, Frank Barnes, Town Clerk, Fred Goelitz, Highway Comm.  Wm. Mason, Justice of Peace.  All bills presented was (sic)ordered paid.  Delos Welty was appointed Assessor to fill vacancy.  No further business the Meeting adjourned.
