of 4 % on the full fair cash value of the taxable property of said Town, making a total rate of 16½% for Road and Bridge purposes for the year 1955 and that the amount of such additional tax be $1000.00. Meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 29, 1955

The meeting was called to order at the home of the Town Clerk at 1:00 P. M. Those present were Hugh McQueen, Harry Gustafson, George Jorgensen and F. H. McQueen. All bills presented were ordered paid. It was moved and seconded to raise the wages of the Township Commissioner to $8.00 per day. The proposed budget for the coming year was discussed. There being no further business, meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting April 5, 1955

Walter Beydler was chosen Moderator and at 1:00 P. M. said Moderator called a meeting for a hearing on the proposed budget.

At 2:00 P. M. the Town Meeting was called to order. The motion was made and seconded that the proposed budget be accepted. The reports of the Supervisor and Highway Commissioner were read and approved.

Motion was made and seconded that the Town Tax levy be accepted, the necessary amount being $3000 and the General Assistance Fund being $500.00.

It was moved and seconded to increase the rate of pay for Township elections to $7.00 per day. There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
