Auditing Meeting at Town Hall at 7:30 PM. All present except Lowell Rand. Motion made by Geo. Tindall and seconded by Irvin Wascher that the Highway Commissioner’s budget levy be approved. 6 voted yes. It was moved by Geo. Latimer and seconded by Irvin Wascher that the amount of revenue sharing money left on hand be applied toward a new truck for highway purposes, this amount being $4,137.00. 6 voted yes. Meeting adjourned.

Fall Auditing Meeting

Held at the Town Hall at 7:30 P. M. All present except Beydler + Tindall. Commissioner’s bills audited and approved. Supervisor’s book audited and approved. all bills presented were paid. Meeting adjourned.

Auditing Meeting at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall. All present. Highway Commissioner Beydler presented the road and bridge budget. Moved by I. Wascher and seconded by G. Latimer that budget be accepted. Carried.

All bills presented were voted paid, G. Tindall + I. Wascher making motion.

The Supervisor presented his report of the past year. L. Rand moved same be accepted. Seconded by I. Wascher.

Since there are no bridge repairs necessary, the balance in the special road + bridge fund will be transferred into the regular R + B fund.
