Meeting of the Commissioners of Highways held at the office of the Town Clerk.

There being present R. H. McKenzie, Geo Coffey and Gust Gustafson.

Motion Made by Geo. Coffey that R. H. McKenzie be appointed president of the board for the ensuing year.  Motion 2d [sic] by Gust Gustafson:  Motion carried.

Motion made by Coffey that the regular meeting be held the last Monday of each month  Motionseconed [sic] by Gust Gustafson:  Motion carried.

Bills amounting to $28.23 were audited and order [sic] paid

The town clerk was instructed to arrange with the highway commissioners of Malta township to hold a joint meeting to divide road on the township line.
