Commmissiones [sic] Meeting

South Grove Ill Dec 19, 1900

At a meeting of Commissiones [sic] at the Town Clerks office S. H. Worden C. P Benson and Wm. Masterson present.

It was unanimouly [sic] a greed [sic] to settle damages with certain land owners as follows: for release damages and land for laying out road on route described in forgoing plat and survey under date of Oct 29, 1900

John S. Shaver Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for damages and all land taken

To be paid in proportion each of with land owner March April 1901 and balance April 1902 and hereby release all claims for damage when paid

J. S. Shaver

W. K. Adee Seven Hundred Dollars $700.00 damages and all land taken part to be paid April 1901 and balance April 1902 and hereby relase [sic] all claims for damages sustained by me for reason of laying out and opening said road through my lands when paid
