Commissioners Meeting

Regular Meeting of commissions [sic] held at the office of the Town Clerk April 16th 1901

William Masterson, Chas P. Benson and William H Mason present.

Chas P. Benson was appointed treasurer of the commisiones [sic] for one year bond given and approved by the Supervisor and Town Clerk

Motion made and seconed [sic] that the following change be made in the road districts: That road on the ½ section line through sections Eight (8) and Seventeen (17) south to the C. G. W. Ry. and the road on ¼ ¼ sec line west one (1) mile through sections Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) to be changed from road District No. 3 to road District No. 1.

A meeting of the commissions [sic] held at the office of the Town Clerk May 1st

Motion made and carried that 45 % of damages be paid on new road as soon as land owners removed fence on right of way.

Meeting set for April 4th at which time they would report how much of road was opened
