Adjournment of Road Comr’s

Public notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Commissioners of highways of the towns of Mayfield, DeKalb, Malta & So Grove, in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois to examine the route of a proposed public road and to hear reasons for or against laying out the same according to the petition of: N H Thomas, Jas. Hallett F M Coles, John Gibson, P S Corey F J Huber Philip Ryan, Philip Ryan Jr. Hugh Lucas Lydia Hoyt J M Johnson Chas R Alm, B L Hoyt J H Latimer J H Latimer Jr James Quinn M H Quinn John Anderson W M Wilkinson

As follows:

Commencing at or near the one-fourth section corner on east line of section 36, Township 41, North, Range 3, east of the 3 P.M. in the county and state aforesaid and running south along the Range between the Townships of Mayfield & DeKalb on the east and the Townships of Malta & So Grove on the west to the one-fourth section corner on east line of section one (1) Township forty (40) North, Range (3) Three east of the 3rd P.M. situated in the county of DeKalb & State of Illinois and for a distance of about one mile, and being the most eligible route to intersect the road at or near the premises of E P Zeller. Which meeting was to be held pursuant to public notices on the ground of the proposed road, or the 5th day of Jany [January] 1905, at (1) one oclock P.M.

It is hereby adjourned until the ninth day of January AD 1905 at Twooclock P.M. on and at the ground of said proposed road in said towns.
