Town of DeKalb, County of DeKalb, State of Illinois
We the undersigned, Assessor, Collector and Supervisor for the said bounty and state do ordain and audit and levy a tax of three per cent per aunum for the town county fund for the pourpose of filling the quota under the 300,000 call of the President of the U.S.A.

We the undersigned town auditors at the above date so sanction and audit the above 3 per cent for aunum for the county fund for the purpose of filling the 300,000 call of the President of the U. S. A. and direct that town bonds be issued for the same in fifty dollar bonds each.
