At an election held at the Eagle Hotel in the town of DeKalb in the county of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the twenty fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, the following votes were given viz

For Bounty tax one hundred and seventeen votes

Against Bounty tax sixteen votes
