Benjamin Gurler received two hundred and thirty three votes for Road Commissioner

Lorenzo Price received one hundred and eighty seven votes for Road Commissioner

George Clark received three votes for Road Commissioner

Ira Penny received one vote for Road Commissioner

J. H. Burghardt received three hundred and thirty four votes for Constable

Z. Townsend received three hundred and fifty five votes for Constable

David Price received three hundred and twenty eight for Overseer of the Poor

Hiram Delong received twelve votes for Overseer of the Poor

L. C. Thomas received one hundred and eighty nine votes for Sealer of Weights & Measures

We the undersigned Judge of Election (or Moderator) and Clerk do hereby verify that the within is a correct poll list of the town meeting held at the Eagle Hotel April 1st A.D. 1862.
