Wm. Fuller Bond for Treasurer of Road Commissioners
Filed in the town Clerk’s office April 3rd 1863
Know all men by these present that we Wm. Fuller as principal and Eli B .Gilbert as sureties are firmly held and bound to J. F. Glidden supervisor of the town of DeKalb in the county of DeKalb and his successors in office in the penal sum of five hundred dollars which payment to be well and truly made we do bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally by these presents.
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the above bounden Wm. Fuller was on the 1st day of April 1862 duly chosen treasurer of the board of commissioners of highways of the said town of DeKalb and is about to enter upon the performance of the duties of said office Now, therefore, if the said Wm. Fuller as such treasurer shall honestly and faithfully account for and pay over upon the order of the commissioners of highways of said town all moneys that shall come into his hand by virtue of this said office then this obligation shall be void otherwise to be in full force.
