Taken up in the enclosure of the subscriber one mile north of DeKalb, twenty one hogs which I intend to have disposed of according to the statute in such cases made and provided.

Taken up as an estray on my farm one b ay horse colt about 3 years old or there about also one bay mare colt about two years old. One hind foot white and a star in the forehead which I intend to have disposed of according to statute in such cases made and provided.
