Estray
Taken up on or before the first of swine on the premises of the undersigned the following property one dapple gray mare, eight years old and one gray mare colt three years old with a star on the face. The owners can have by paying charges by calling on G. W. Rhoads, two miles north of DeKalb on the farm of Mrs. Whitmore

Taken up as an estray on Saturday the 12th day of September A.D. 1863. The same having broken unto the inclosure of the subscribers. One white horse about six years old some stiff in forelegs which I intend to have apprised according to the statues in such cases made and provided.
