I, Wm. Fuller do solemnly swear that I will support the constitution of the United States and of the State of Illinois and I will according to the best of my judgement skill and ability diligently faithfully and impartially perform all the duties enjoined upon me as Commissioner of Highways for the town of DeKalb in the county of DeKalb and state of Illinois.
