Board of town auditors met this 27th day of Mach 1866 at the town clerk’s office.  Present Thomas M. Hopkins, Supervisor, E. B. Gilbert, Justice of the Peace and E. A. Porter, Town Clerk

The afores of Thomas M. Hopkins were examined and found to be correct showing a bill in his hands now belonging to the town of $116.84
