On motion of N. N. Burpee and seconded by Wm. Plank, it was voted that all stock such as cattle, horses, mules, sheep & hogs shall not be free commons in this town and any person allowing their stock to run at large shall for the first offence be fined one dollar and for the second offence five dollars.
