Of a town meeting held at the house of Charles Wright in DeKalb Centre on the 4th day of April 1854 for the purpose of electing town officers.

I T. C. Wetmore solemnly swear that I will serve as Moderator of this town meeting according to law and to law and the best of my abilities so help me God.
