Harrison) commencing at point on a sect line between section 20 and 21 township 40N, R4E of the PM where the St. Charles and Oregon Road crosses said line between 20 and 21 thence south on said sect line of the south line of said sect 20 and 21 thence west on sect line between 20 and 29 to the center of said sect 20 and 29 thence south on the line of Government survey to the south line of said township 40 of R4E of 3rd PM, DeKalb April 3rd 1854
