An order for a road
Where as a petition has been presented to the undersigned commissioners of highway of the town of DeKalb of the county of DeKalb and state of Illinois praying for a road to be located as follows, beginning at the north east corner of section (33) thirty three in township (40) forty north of range (4) east of the third principal meridian running west on the section line 80 chains 41 links to the north west corner of said section thence west of the section line 39 chains 85 links to the quarter section corner of the north side of section 32 to be four rods wide and passing over lands owned by Robert Hopkins, Wm. Plank, Morris Willey, Vanwert, John R. Hamlin, Wm. F. Hunt and other names not known.
This is to certify that we have duly viewed and caused a survey and plotted the above described route and here by declare and order the same to be a public highway four rods wide as to the accompanying survey and plot.
