Road district No. 4 | 15
Town Records of DeKalb Ill
We the undersigned commissioners of highway in and for the town of DeKalb County of DeKalb and state of Illinois. Believing that Road District No. 4 in said town should be altered and divided do hereby alter and divided said district as follows,
Road District No. 15, commencing at the Chicago and Grandature (Gran Detour) state road near Phineas Stevens thence south on the east side of Union Grove to DeKalb Center said road to be known as road District No. 15 fifteen of said town of DeKalb.

Road District No. 4 bounded as follows, commencing on the Brush Point & Colton Ville road at the Kishwaukee Creek thence southerly to the town line also commencing at the corner near W. R. Thompsons thence east to the town line also commencing at the Kishwaukee Creek west of F. Loves thence easterly to the town line near F. D. Love.
