To the Commissioners of Highways of the town of DeKalb County of DeKalb State of Illinois, We the undersigned respectfully represent that we are legal voters living within ten miles of the road here after described & we request your honorable body to review & vacate the same to wit so much of the road leading from DeKalb Center to Sycamore as lies between the east line of Russel Hopkins land near C. E. Needham and the road leading from Coltonville to DeKalb Center near the residence of L. G. Fisk at a point where the road leading from Sycamore to DeKalb Center intersects the Coltonville and DeKalb Center road so much of said road as lies between the points above described the undersigned respectfully request your honorable body.
