Allegations of the parties and whereas such hearing having been had in the premises and after having examined the ground over which the petitioners asked the said road to be relocated and we being fully advised therein do order and determine that the order and determination of said commissioners be and the same is in all things reversed.
And that the said road be relocated where it formerly was as prayed for by the petitioners, also that one hundred dollars be paid by the town of DeKalb to H. H. Rowe in full for his damages sustained by said relocation and fifteen dollars be paid by said town in full for all damages to each of the two names persons following namely Wm. Hubbard and Alden for all damages sustained by the relocation of said road.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands this third day of October eighteen hundred & fifty six 1856
