I, C. W. Simmons being duly sworn on oath says that the posted up three notices, one at the Post Office, one at Eagle Hotel and one at the entrance of E. B. Gilbert Hall in the town of DeKalb being three of the most public places in said town and being each correct copies of the forgoing petition on the 20h day of July A.D. 1865.
