Taken up as estrays, four white goats the same having broken into the in closure of the subscribe on the 27th day of May which I intend to have appraised according to statute in such cases made and provided

Board of auditors met this 5th day of Sept 1865 at the office of the Town Clerk, present T. M. Hopkins, Supervisor, Eli B. Gilbert, Justice of the Peace, N. W. Thompson, Justice of the Peace and E. A. Porter, T. Clerk
The following bills were audited
Bill of Ira Penny allowed O.D. $76.50
Bill of T. M. Hopkins allowed O.D. 9.50
Bill of E. B. Gilbert Esq 12.25
Bill of E. A. Porter 44.41
Bill of N. W. Thompson Esq 3.25
Bill of Harvey Thompson 1.50
*Amt appropriated for town expenses 1200.00
Bill of George Clark allowed O.D. 7.50
$1,354.91
Also three per cent war tax
Bill allowed as appropriated for Commissioners of Highway 300.0
We the undersigned board of auditors of the town of DeKalb have this day audited the above claims on town and find the same to be correct.
*Transferred to the three per cent war fund by order of the board of supervisors
