Board of town auditors for the town of DeKalb met this 31st day of March 1868 at the office of E. B. Gilbert Esq.

Present Jos. F. Glidden, Supervisor, E. B. Gilbert, Justice of the Peace and E. A. Porter, Town Clerk

The following bills were then offered for auditing

J. F. Glidden services as supervisor                          42.48

E. A. Porter services as town clerk                            29.90

E. B. Gilbert services                                                       3.50

We the undersigned board of town auditors do hereby find the above bills to be correct

And do hereby order the clerk to draw orders on the supervisor for the same

By reason of selling my farm and the probability of being absent, I hereby resign the office of Commissioner of Highways for said town and respectfully ask that you accept my resignation.
