An auditing meeting was held Tuesday, June 4, 1974, at 7:00PM at the Town Hall. All members present except G. Latimer. I. Wascher moved and G. Tindall seconded that Commissioner bills be paid. Carried.

Moved by G. Tindall + seconded by I. Wascher that bids for a new Township truck be closed. Carried. The sealed bids were opened. Moved by L. Rand and seconded by I. Wascher that the Walker-Shark, Rochelle, Ill. bid be accepted. Carried.

Move for adjournment carried.

An auditing meeting was held Monday, July 29th at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall. All members present except G. Latimer. I. Wascher moved and L. Rand seconded that Commissioner bills be paid. Carried. The new numbering of roads and houses in the County was discussed.

Fall Auditing Meeting Sept. 3, 1974

Held at the Town Hall at 7:30 PM. All present except Tindall. Supervisor McQueen gave a semi-annual report. Moved by L. Rand, seconded by I. Wascher that same be accepted. Carried. Commissioner Beydler presented the Road + Bridge tax levy for the coming year. Moved by G. Lattimer and seconded by I. Wascher that levy be accepted. Carried. Semi-annual wages were paid. Meeting adjourned.
