An auditing meeting was held Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall. All members present. Routine business was taken care of. Supervisor McQueen then presented his resignation as of April15, 1975. Moved by Geo. Tindall and seconded by I. Wascher that same be accepted. Carried. Meeting adjourned.

Spring auditing meeting held at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall. Members present were H. McQueen, F. H. McQueen, Wascher + Tindall. Highway Commissioner Beydler’s road and bridge budget was presented, voted on and accepted. All bills presented were voted paid.

Supervisor McQueen presented his report of the past year and it was accepted.

It was voted to increase the Highway Commissioner’s salary to $6500 per year. Business concluded, meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting

Met at 2:00 PM at Town Hall with 7 present. It was announced that Joseph E. Bross, Clare, Ill. has been appointed as Supervisor to finish Hugh McQueen’s term.

The vote on the special road tax passed favorably 7 to 0.

Current bills were audited and meeting adjourned.
