Transacted at the last meeting. He then read a letter from Kishwaukee Health Assn. inviting the Township to use their new facilities. A letter was read from the Assn. of Township and County officials stating they have updated their handbook and offering copies at $3.00 each or $2.75 for more than one. Since new handbooks were bought for all officers last August, it was moved by Beydler and seconded by Wascher that the Supervisor purchase one copy only. Carried.

A plea was read from Opportunity House asking for a share of the Township Revenue Sharing Fund. The matter was tabled for the present. A letter was read from Rockford Memorial Hospital asking for assistance for James Kerwin. After discussion it was decided to find out the amount of the bill and someof the details before a decision was reached.

It was announced that the semi-annual dinner meeting of the Township Officials will be held at Coach Light restaurant on Feb. 26th, with Troy Host as the speaker. The cost will be $4.00 for officers and the wives and husbands of officers are invited with these tickets costing $6.00, reservations to be in by Feb. 22nd. Moved by Beydler and seconded by Rand that the Township pick up the tab of the officers for this meeting and future ones. Carried. The annual dues to this association will also be due at this meeting. Moved by Rand, seconded by Wascher that these dues be paid. Carried.

Current bills were presented. Moved by Rand, seconded by Wascher that they be paid. Carried.Meeting adjourned.
