Annual Town Meeting Caslers Hall
April 6th 1880

At the annual town meeting held at Caslers Hall in the town of South Grove County of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the sixth day of April 1880 Jack W Howe was chosen moderator after being duly sworn entered upon the duties of his office.
The polls were then opened proclamation thereof being made by the Clerk.
At twelve o’clock motion carried that we adjourn for one hour
At one o’clock the polls were again opened
At two the miscellaneous business was taken up
Clerk report read and accepted the balloting then proceeded.
At six the polls were declared closed.
The following is a statement of the result of the votes by ballot for the election of officers as announced by the clerk.
