To the Commissioners of highways of said town The undersigned Freeholders residing within three miles of the following roads petition you to lay out a new road.

Commencing at ¼ Section corner on West line of Section 30 Township 41 North Range 4 East of the 3rd P.M. and running North on Town line between Mayfield and South Grove two miles about 25 chains to the point where the road from Jas. Byers to Sycamore crosses the said Town Line. The owners of lands over which said road will pass are Jas. Byers N.W. ¼ Sec 18 Town 41 R 4 and N.E.1/4 Sec 13 T 41 R 3 M Gleason Lot 2 S. W. ¼ Sec 18 Town 41 R 4. Also N 40a Lot 1 & 2 N.W. ¼ Sec 19 T 41 R 4 M Coffey S82a Lots 1 & 2 N.W. ¼ and Lot 2 S.W. ¼ Sec 19 T 41 R 4 William Wilkinson N W ¼ Sec 30 T 41 R 4 Jn.
