Casler’s Hall April 5th 1881

At the annual town meeting held at Casler’s Hall in the town of South Grove County of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the Fifth day of April, 1881. E. L. Becker was chosen Moderator after being duly sworn entered upon the duties of his office. The polls were then opened proclamation thereof being made.

At 2:30 o’clock the Miscellaneous business of the day was taken up.

Motion by James Byers to raise One Hundred& fifty dollars ($150.00) for incidental expenses. Carried
