Meeting – Meeting of Highway Commissioners of the Supervisor and Town Clerk of the town of South Grove, the Highway Commissioner supervisor and Town Clerk of the town of Franklin held at the bridge over Owens Creek on the town line.

Meeting called to order and Mr. Thompson elected chairman, Geo Hayward clerk. Motion made and carried that the Highway Commissioners be get estimate on cost of erecting an eighty foot steel with concrete foundation across creek at aforesaid location.

Meeting adjourned subject to call of Chairman.
