Special meeting of the Commissioners of Highways of the Town of South Grove in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, held at the office of Town Clerk of the said town, on the 7th day of January, A. D. 1911, there being present Henry Decker, William H Quinn and Henry [sic] commissioners of highways and W. G. McKenzie town clerk of said town.
Whereas, complaint in writing has been made to the said commissioners of highways that William H. Ashelford has obstructed Stickney street [sic] and Van Horn Strees in Van Horn’s addition to Esmond in said town.
And whereas also notice and demand in writing has been made upon the said William H. Ashelford to remove from said streets such obstructions and the said William H. Ashelford having refused and still refuses to remove the same, Now. Therefore,
It is moved by the said William H. Quinn and second by the said Henry Reimsnider that suit be brought in the circuit court of said DeKalb county against the said William H. Ashelford to cause the said William H. Ashelford to remove saidobstrudtions and for such other and further releif [sic] as may be necessary: which said motion is unanimously carried
